Setup Amazon brand registry
In many cases, it is recommended that you register your brand on Amazon using your trademarks. That enables you to be the only seller of your products and protects you from copy cats when you have huge success.

This process takes up to 6 months but it should be done early, as you can benefit from having a registered brand on Amazon even if your trademark is not fully confirmed yet.

We will make sure to take the right steps with you for a successful brand registration on Amazon.

Amazon enhanced content setup
Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) makes it easy to tell your brand’s story, highlight why your product is different, and explain what your brand does best. You can showcase unique value points for consumers who want to know why they should buy your product.

Setting up enhanced brand content will cost money. While A+ EBC is free for now, it still requires graphic design and content, all of which require time and investment. For this reason, you should be aware of what you will get out of integrating EBC, and understand which of your products are worth the investment and that’s why we are here to help.

Agree on logistics setup
You have your breakthrough, world-changing product. You have your website set up. You have some money to get you started. You’ve identified some customers that will get you going. And if your brand sells something to your customers, then you’re going to need to get a logistics process set up early on. So, let’s define logistics and agree on that.

In most cases, our customers are using Amazon FBA (fulfillment by Amazon) what means you are sending your products to one of Amazon's fulfillment centers. So that Amazon can send your products with next day delivery to its customers via Amazon Prime.

We will ensure the right setup for your brand, not in every case Amazon FBA is the right choice and there are many other options available.

Set review management strategy

Selling on Amazon is not a one-time thing. However, different brands might need a different product strategy depending on available niches and/or product category.

This is why we will usually start to enable not more than 10 products so we can both learn and evaluate your brand including your future strategic direction for selling on Amazon.

Register for VAT (per market)
Selling in one or multiple markets supported by Amazon, your company will need to be registering for VAT in those countries where you sell to consumers.

This is a one-time requirement and can be done market by market when launching in multiple ones.

After VAT registration, you will be responsible for:
  • Charging VAT when you sell goods or services (and charging the right amount!)
  • Paying any VAT due to HMRC
  • Submitting quarterly VAT Returns
  • Keeping VAT records and a VAT account.

    Note: we are using fully automated systems to manage VAT and other registrations. So you can relax and focus on your business.

    Register EORI number
    EORI stands for “Economic Operators Registration and Identification number”.

    Businesses and people wishing to trade must use the EORI number as an identification number in all customs procedures when exchanging information with Customs administrations. The EORI number exists out of two parts:

    The country code of the issuing Member State; followed by a code or number that is unique in the Member State

    We know exactly how to do this for you and will take all needed steps for it, so you don't have to.

    Buy EAN numbers
    Choosing the right bar code purchase for your products can be confusing, with so much information to wade through and so many acronyms to learn: EAN, UPC, GTIN… 

    EAN stands for European Article Number (AKA: GTIN-13 / EAN-13) and is the type of bar code that is used internationally to identify unique products at the point of sale.

    Amazon requires and supports standard EAN Numbers and we know how to apply them correctly to your products once purchased.

    Create product insert cards
    Amazon Product insert cards are a great way to send a message to your customers because every one of your customers is guaranteed to see it. This can also include to create more engagement on your social media and other online channels.

    Whether they bother to read it or not will depend on a couple of things. We will ensure that you have the right card for the right product and the right messages on your cards.

    Once agreed, we organize everything so that you can just include your cards into every package you send out over Amazon.

    Amazon A+ content or full custom store (by amazon invite only)
    A+ enhanced marketing content (EMC) helps first-party vendors strengthen their product detail pages with additional copy, images, videos and charts.

    This content appears under the “From the manufacturer” heading on product pages. Optimized A+ content can help boost performance of your products in Amazon search.

    Note: this is a full custom branded storefront that Amazon hosts for you on their site. This is only available after some time and some success and usually by invite only from Amazon. However, it's helpful to plan for this early and in advance.
